Australasian Science Education Research Association paper (2012)

This paper reports on insights gleaned from an analysis of more than 3000 comments, from over 200 teachers who have implemented trial Primary Connections units and provided detailed written feedback. The feedback included teachers’ perceptions of the strengths and weaknesses of each of the 5E phases and many related aspects.

In 2005 research was conducted by Edith Cowan and La Trobe Universities to assess the impact of Primary Connections in trial schools. The results showed that Primary Connections has a strong, positive impact on students, teachers, and schools.
