Professional Learning

The Professional Learning program is central to PrimaryConnections and is designed to build teacher confidence and competence for teaching science and literacy.

The workshops give teachers the tools to understand the PrimaryConnections 5Es teaching and learning approach, its philosophy, and goals. Teachers develop their science pedagogical knowledge and explore how to effectively use, adapt, and extend the curriculum units to suit their students’ needs.

Please see below for the Semester 2, 2018 calendar.

The Primary Connections - Linking Science with Literacy project is supported by the Australian Government Department of Education through the Maths and Science Participation Program.
